International calls: 1-858-566-6558. We
can accept phone orders via credit card.
If you wish to establish an account and
place a purchase order, a hard copy should
be sent via fax.
By Fax: Our Fax number is 1-858-271-6496
Please be sure to include the product(s)
that you wish to order, the quantity, method
of shipment, and method of payment you
wish to use. We accept VISA, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover. We
will accept Purchase Orders if you have
prior credit approval.

Checks: We will accept company check,
personal checks, certified funds and money
orders. Orders that are accompanied by
checks will be shipped when the check clears.
Wire Transfers, or electronic checks. Please

forms of payment.
Purchase orders: Will be accepted
from agencies, hospitals, clinics or insurance
companies and institutions that have established
an account with us.
