For orders with payment
by Credit card, certified funds, or pre-qualified Purchase Orders,
we generally will ship the same day or
the next day after an order is received.
We will notify you
via e-mail or telephone if we expect
any delays of 7 days or more in the shipment
of your order.
For orders with payment
by personal check or company check, we
will ship after the check clears.
Our normal method is
via FedEX Ground unless otherwise specified.
We can ship via FedEX 2nd Day, FedEX Next
Day Air or Priority Mail
if specified. Please call or email in
advance of orders that require shipment
other than FedEX Ground. Our cutoff time
for same day shipment is 12pm Pacific
Time.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are processed through the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail.
Any air shipment must
ship to the verified billing address
on file with your credit card company.
This policy is in place to protect you
from credit card fraud. If you need a
product by any method other than our
normal shipping, please call our office
at 1-866-888-0082 and we will tell you
the actual shipping charge. If you place
your order via our website at www.medetrac.com
and your order shipped by any method
other than our normal methods, we will
ship the product only after we have contacted
you and informed you of the shipping
charge and received approval to charge
you the additional amount.
Our Normal shipping and handling fees will be visible before you complete your order on the web site.
Although your
products should arrive within five
business days from the date of order,
please allow at least two weeks from
the date of the order to receive your
products. If there will be a delay
on shipment longer than two weeks from
the date of your order, we will contact
you to inform you of the delay and
give you the option to cancel the order.
Expedited shipping charges will apply
for other than ground shipment. Please
call us or send us an email to request
the charges that will apply.
